Imer Step 120

Hi everyone. I just want to know what are the guidelines for proper usage of this machine. We have to replace all its capacitors due to the machine being overused or carelessness/incompetency on our operator's part. I already talked to the supplier's and they suggest that the machine should be operated at a cycle of 4 hours operation and 1 hour rest. They also suggest that frequency should be also at 50-60hz. What are your other guidelines for proper operation of the Step 120? Your comments are appreciated.

As far as i can work out that machine is only marketed in the USA hence you have it in the Philapines, sounds German to me but i realy dont know sure someone will be along shortly to shed some light.

Its German. And yes, we have it here in the Philippines. I also contacted the supplier about it.
