No in prison all the tools are accounted for and are locked down at the end of a session.
It is actually quite frustrating for the lecturers at prisons because by the time the pupils come in and all the box ticking is done time is flying by and then at the end of the class there is more box ticking etc...
However from what I have seen the standard of work was great and the students were keen to learn.
