internal corner trowel

internal corner trowel

I don't need one I'm tidy enough. Not bragging just the way I was taught. All they are fit for is bottle openers to me

I know a few that dont use corner trowels and they do good jobs to be fair... I know more that do use one and cant use it

Might sound crazy but my cousin has a ragni one with corners curved I used it and was good like pug said think there all kinda same
I just bought a ragni after standing on my other and it's useless
Spend more time farting about trying to sort out the corners than owt else!!
I'm sure it's not the right shape!!

Last one was el cheapo with corners rounded and bent slightly and is a dream
Trying remember where it was from so I can get another

I

how the fook do u get crisp ceiling lines/corners
Come and work with me and il show you. It is possible and even trained my lad to do wet angles freehand. I adjust how i grip my trowel so i dont leave knuckle marks everywhere etc. Like anything takes practice but il bet others do this also?

To be fair I also have stopped using my angle tool as the 103 degree ones just make my corners weird. Maybe I just don't know how to use one though :)

Only corner trowel I've ever got on with was a micro corner trowel. Used to buy them off eBay in packs of five. Tiny little flexible things. were great, but whoever it was stopped supplying them. If anyone knows where to get them I'd be grateful.

It's like this but even smaller. Link Removed The handle is like a pen with a mini twitcher on the end. It flexes beautifully into the join and leaves minimal lines which can be brushed out. In fact I'm going to have a go at making one. Might give this German ebay one a go first though.

I think a lot of spreads just run them down the angles but if you use it on each coat and fill out the angle with gear on it you see a difference other way run a float with stuff on down angles

Just learn how to handle your trowel in a different way then no need for any of that. It's for the site lads (most not all @scottie5) who just rush and not really arsed other than what meterage they cover ffs? Each to their own I'm getting at the point where I'm happy letting the lads graft while I organise it all etc
Still kick thier arses on the trowel mind
