Internal corners

Hi all, still catching up with the pace of plastering. Seems to change each year with new tools or pieces of equipment being rolled out. Just got a sponge float so my 1st victim is on Thursday.
So I've discovered internal corner beads and the aluminium tape for internal corners.
Seems wonderful but are they any good?
Has anyone used them at all?
