I am sure a while ago someone posted something about some invoice software they bought........ any ideas anyone ???.

At the moment I use a printed letter head and use word to create invoices but its doing my head in so want something a bit more professional.

rich, i use quickbooks mate, its does the whole lot, vat, invoicing, print off your account at the end of the year if you wanted.

rich me an simps had a convo about software and we decided quickbooks and solar were really good and easy to use. you can get starter versions for cheapo but if you have alot of accounts and clients you will need a pricier version

yeah mate they throw out your vat returns automatically as its all clocked up as you go

i do have a 2002 ver you could have a copy of but i think the standard 2008 is only about £70. also people do sell them on ebay

You can get free templates off microsofts website mate, you can choose from various styles that you can customise.

Just download it, fill in your details then save it to desktop.
