ain't it BUSY? this last 5 weeks or so iv had at least 2 calls a day, had to take last Friday off to go around quoting work.. iv always got work but wow its like everyone fancies a few rooms skimed and painted this month!

I finished all the work I had on friday had f**k all else to go at. Friday evening got a phone call wanting a job starting and since then I have had 8 phone calls and now have about 4 weeks. Its all for people I have done work for. I cant remember the last time I got a job for someone when I was quoting against other people as every time I have been undercut to death

iv had a few undercuts as well... one was a house of artex ceiligns i went in at £1700 3 men 3-4 days.. prep bondit skim ect.. they got a quote of £1000 one man over 2 weeks.. i was told they needed it done asap!

I have had that asap s**t myself then you get your quote in pronto then they wait about two weeks getting the other quotes in to save themselves a few quid. FFS the job could have been finished and painted by then. I hate customers they are all full of s**t

Have to say we are very busy to booking render jobs into next spring and getting a lot of housing conntracts with the machine .glad to hear its picking up for you city boys
