HI lads
Doin a job in the mother in laws house. SHe wants her front reception room plastering. Prob 5m x 2.5mwalls sized room. WIndow reveal in one wall. Chinmey breast on aother. By the door there is a rounded wall near to the door.
Prob is its heavy artex so will needed WBA then either bonding then 2 coat skim or 3 coat skim :
Im doin all the prep ie WBA, knocking off high spots on artex, beading etc as the in laws are in there 70's.
SHe is good to us so doin it for buttons but was just wondering ehat price you would charge for a job like this?
I only do up my own houses so not in the habit of quoting jobs,
