Hi all I thought I would just share my last mono job I done about 3weeks ago with u guys as it was all a nightmare then but when I look back now I'm hopeing that you experienced guys all had the same troubles as me lol.firstthe job was a 70 sq mtr panel above the entrance of a super market with about 6 windows in it.The builder got there first and scraped all the existing crap off i had to rend aid it then top it so I ordered a new r/s and never changing one before I just had me and my brother just trying to wind it in and thought there's no way we can use anything to lube this baby up with as I can't remember if you could or not so having the option of phoning Blones ,yes your wright I just carried on after 33 blood vessels bursting I decided to phone Blones and ask him how to do it by this time I had fitted it on the machine started it up just to sort of make sure it was ok and got a burning rubber smell of which I was not going to mention to Blones hahaha what a dick,the first thing Blones said was lube it up with some fairy!!well **** Me what a **** I felt when I told him about the rubber smell in which he replied thats not good :RpS_lol: Any way the crap options to doing this job were spray in the day rake off at night as people are using the entrance through out the day so it had to be done when the super market was shut! Any way got there and sprayed as temp was only 5-6 during the day and night so sprayed the weber at 11 a.m got it all on and went back at 1.am to rake off and it was hard good job I had a new rake to.brake the crust with,then I sectioned it all then just finished it off with the rake ,I had 3 110 flood lights face on and I know your thinking I'm fu**ing nuts doing it in the dark but the pay was worth it we stayed and cleaned up all the scaffold and all waste from the floor as they wanted it spotless.we eventually left the job at 2 pm so had the operchunity to see what it looked like in the day light from sun up and sun moving around on it till 2 and I looked good a big risk of it be sh@t doing the rakeing at night big and gutsy gamble but it paid off.happy days it could of gone so wrong:RpS_blushing:
