K rend for garden planters?

I am finishing my garden and builder asked me if I want to go for a K rend finish (Silicone FT textured) Pewter Grey for 4 big planters that we built with blocks. House has some other dark grey features. Question. is it a good idea? Shall I go for K rend? What about Parex and Granicem? Is there any place in London where I can see samples of finishes and colours? Many thanks

I wouldn't use a through coloured render as you will get problems with staining.just use sand & cement and paint.
