K- rend job

Ive just been to look at a outside render job on a private house , over existing render very solid a few little cracks here and there nothing that a good outside re deck wouldn't sort out really, the guys has had a quote for k-rend £25000 ! 200m2 measuring over the windows the guys supplying the scaffold and covering the drive and paths , he now wants a price for a white cement render : no wonder a .

No their price sounds about right Church, I looked it up in the Oasis "Book of Prices" rrp £495 from any book shop. :

LOL ;D Andy .....the guy wouldn't tell me the firms name it might just be bol*ox but if i get the rendering job i will try again , they must be busy that's all i can say

Either busy or just didn't fancy the job Church, could be a no lose situation for them, get the job then phone you to do the work and make a few quid on top : or just don't get the job they couldn't do themselves anyway.
Just a guess but wouldn't be surprised.
