K Rend or sand and cement in kent

Hello all, I am having my house done and I am in need of some advice and possibly some tradesmen.

I have a six bedroom house in Sevenoaks that is all in new breeze block and I have been interested in using k rend or a similar alternative for a smoother finish and it being more flexible apparently so less likely to crack?

Are there any plasterers in here that would be interested in viewing the job and quoting on both a silicone based render and sand and cement and advising on the best finish?

The house is in Sevenoaks kent.
