got a smallish wall to do for customer its under a carport he wants krend but its painted brickwork what pretreatment is needed will rendaid be ok or is there another way also will it be ok as one coat two passes or will it need a krend backing first cheers

Agreed with above mono firms don't like painted substrates , its expensive but you get what you pay for, just hope you can order the gear without getting a ser -charge on delivery for a small amount.

spend a few hours with a grinder, you might wish you had otherwise. the rendaid is only as good to what its going onto so if the paint gets damp behind it or the extra waight will make it blow.

the thing is its in a enclosed carport with no weather if outside i would think otherwise might get a needle gun on it aswell but the paint is stuck rock solid

use a stabilising solution first get it from a good decorater supplies it will penetrate through the paint so then there is no chance of it failing then hpx then krend , personnally i'd do the joints with a grinder as well ...better to be safe then sorry
