So what grade is it listed on a place like that and are they using modern materials?

its a mixture of both bod we are doing a new visitor centre and toilets and canteen in plasterboard and skim and stevesons of norwich are doing all the lime work repairs apparently they dont touch plasterboard your not allowed any metal stud got to be timber its a proper dump some of the old work is shocking then it is 400 years old we saw where queen vic was born they have smoke alarms so sensitive knocking up sets them off
