Chris w /segs did a good posty on this ages ago. (were the F is he!)

but howd o you guys train your labs, or what do they do for you.

my'n sets up including

sheeting up, carpet protection, masking up ect

mixes up ,sets up all mixing gear

and only now iv started letting him lay on first coat, its ruff as (french word) and messy by it only takes a quick swipe to sort out. saves time laying on ?

how about yours?

start them the opposite way around mate... polishing then third troweling, then second troweling and so on

first wall i ever did, the boss put it on and i trowelled it up, i only worked in cupboards for months. then he let me put it on and would give it the first trowel to tidy it up. then he'd let me put it on and finish it. then i moved onto bathrooms.
