Lazy fuckkng useless c**ts

Gave up on labourers a long time ago after finding them all to be lazy bum c**ts.

Occasionally i will use them for the s**t jobs like today. Water damaged landing ceiling needs to come down reboard and skim.

All he had to do was pull some down bag it up. We’d board it and he’d tidy and load van while i skim it.

£80 back home for 1.

Then i get this message.

What happened to people? I laboured for FREE to learn. Even if you’ve no interest in plastering i think £80 home by 1 to bag up a few bags of board n clean is more than fair.

I would’ve come and done it for £80 easy money home by 1 the problem is we live in a world of technology no young lad wants to graft anymore bring back national service lol

Yeah isn’t great but domestic work isn’t all roses like people think. If skimming board everyday appealed to me id do it. 9/10 of my jobs are nice its only occasionally they’re messy like today which is why I would have brought a lab

I've got absolutely zero sympathy for any getting let down by a labourer that you just use as and when. Why should he give two fucks about you when you don't really care about him?

Maybe so but if the lad said yes I will give you hand you book the job in quote accordingly then be let down an hour before you start then that’s bang out of order in my opinion

I do understand where you’re coming from. But I’ve tried being nice and chucking work for em when don’t really need them. Just to keep em in work. From experience, the Nicer you are the more they will take the piss.

The couple that give me a chuck are doll dossers so not interested in propeer work. They want a cash day here and there and that was agreed and he let me down last minute.
 
I’m in the same boat with labourers. Can’t get one who’s even interested in showing me he’s keen.. if I was in there shoes I’d be thinking.. I’ll work hard an maybe get more work. Not these days.. people want to make the money and do f**k all for it. Latest excuse ( this was last week ) went to pick him up, blinds shut etc so thought f**k it. 12 o’clock comes.. gets a message. Sorry mate her little one stole her phone so I never had a alerm to wake me up! An the funnier thing he’s already a gave me that excuse. So had to give him the final warning.. do it again you’ll no be back in. Simple. Always lets is down when I need him the most ha!
