i have possibly too much on the following week and will be looking for someone good to take on some nice houses.

Mmm no, he was not perfect, had another team in and they were weak too. I usually hand a job over so its between them and contractor, got a nice skim job on the kings road, two houses in Clapham starting possibly in a weeks time, so can't get tied down.
 
HI its £3 m2 each bedsit is 80m2, ceilings are board and walls are re-skim I have 20 of them maybe ten more coming as well.

p.s sorry money isn't that great on theses but its all I could get to get my foot in the door but got loads more work.
