We're does ligger board come from its what I always called a spot board and I've never questioned it till i moved down south have I been wrong for 20 yrs it came from working wi my old fella has he had me going all this time :RpS_cursing:

Obviously a hawks never landed on it, if you all keep calling it a handboard the local hawks will be confused and land elsewhere.

I'm from leeds I call it ligger...and hand board just come on here to find where ligger came from as having debate with the missus. She calls my ligger "the slab" and wants to frame it on wall when I get new 1.to be fair that might look quite cooler
