Yeah I'm not keen on them ones.
To be honest mate soon as it starts going dark I go home :RpS_thumbup:
But if i feel like it i will use the halogens. Not keen on them either but they do the job.
 
I've got the stand up ones, tbh they are ok. Depends what you want them for, if you want them to see what you're doing they are great, if you want lights to see every blemish in your plaster stick to halogens.

why would any one want to use a 36w light to plaster a room?! get a 500w halogen on the case. lights up the room, keeps you warm and will cook a pasty in 20 minutes
 
wrong type of light m8 need fluorescent

Think i'm going to go for the above found them for 60 nuggets
 
halogens are dangerous and banned on a lot of sites and the defender self up thingys are shite faithfull do plasterers lights
 
I think their ok but take it of the base hey presto one light sabre ..feel the force freed feel the force.
 
Have you got one of those lights gary? They're F*****g huge. Think I'll stick with my £10 halogen
 
I've got three of em we were on a job and everyone was complaining of no lighting so the site agent hired loads of those lights ....and then they disappeared lol
