A year and a half a go I went to c this cottage on top of a mountain on the foot of snowdon.The people that bought the cottage are one best people I've worked for u ask money and it ther before u finish the sentence . I know how much rain a year e get in this area they say we get 10 ft of rain a year.The architect pushed to get lime mortar ther . I did ask the lady about two times are sure u whant to go down this road whith lime mortar .To this day I think we should of used modern waterproof render on the outside .no way lime mortar can sustain this climate change we are having.But the expert think I was talking rubbish.

U can c one or two damp patches . But once there's heat ther and keap the windows open to get air flow it should b ok. It has not stop raining for over a month wher can the water go ? My self I would of used waterproof renderAnd the outcome was?
