does anyone know what i have to add or the ratio of lime putty so i can patch in a lath wall on a grade 2 listed building? ???

1 part lime putty 3 parts sand for first backing coat mixed with hair this sand should be a course grade 2-4mm grit size and you will have to allow a minimum of 5 days before applying the next leveling coat with the same course stuff, tis then has to be allowed to set for another 5 days or so then the finish coat should be 2 parts lime putty to 5 parts sand... this sand is a lot finer 0.5 - 1mm grit maximum hope this helps ;)
