Lime render ceiling job Devon

Hi - I have a grade 2* listed house in North Devon. The conservation officer wants me to replace ceiling with lath and plaster. The room is 4.5m x 6m. Any advice on how much this may cost? There are 2 other ceilings to be repaired - if anyone is interested in quoting?

I’m in north devon my good mate runs Heritage cob and lime give them a call they’ve got are area covered will worn u tho no such thing as a cheap lime job
