Lime splayed arch advice

Evening all

I have been asked to price this heritage lime job which contains re doing this arch.

i would just like some advice on the best way to go about it. I'm a confident plasterer but just never had the opportunity to tackle one of these i have done free hand splayed angles quoins etc before so have a good idea of how to go about it.

looks like it just needs loose stuff scraping off and tight bit put back on, don't know what lime plaster though, need a lime expert.

What's wrong with it?

It does look in good order,a little and only a little aged but no cracks,damage or defects,is this one you have to replicate?
