limelite finish

dont know how many of you guys use this but if you do have you noticed how long its taking to set?
begining to cost me money the length of time im spending on one job

Put on a bigger set

will be doing that on wed but smaller jobs ie 5m2 are taking anything of up to 3 hrs to set

Is it the tilcon limelite? i have used it and it always takes along time to set better off using bg dri-coat and multi finish.

wish i could but the warrent always stipulates limelite

I did one years ago and it took all day to set and it wasn't even really set when i left it was still a bit greasy, Its a bit like lime finish best when the background is completely dried out.

funnily enough i find the opposite,if ive went on top of stone and the undercoat is still a bit green it tends to take up better
