Z zombie Private Member May 23, 2019 #3 Don't know a site in England that is finishing houses dry dash tbh! Skimming varies from site to site and regional. Sadly South Yorkshire around £2.50m2 some bit more some even less. Though drive 30 mile further north or south and prices historically improve.
