How much do you sell thistle spray finish for per pallet ?We have a few guys spraying Multi with t at the moment.
We have two more customers coming in to buy the skim setup soon so I will upload videos.
You can spray Multi, it's just not the best product for it. Spray finish and MP Finish are better suited due to the setting time and the material itself

Hi mate, only bought the eze one as I thought I may use it and you never know. But the Mtec came with skim set upWhy did you buy them if your never going to use them mate out of interest?
Tbh mate still not 100% got things sussed so didn't really want to say much yet , this week got another pallet delivered, on one job mixed and poured as do need to get pump and haven't yet, Friday sprayed proper way with bags ripped in hopper after couple of bags had machine jam (which has turned into my specialist thing) no drama cleared and sorted n finished off, narrowed it down to 2 things now for jamming, either all the get a pump advice given guys are right or it was the last piece of multifinish left in the pipes or around the pressure gauge at bottom of the r/s ( that's the only part of machine where I haven't had to pick out dried up multifinish from ) so hopefully this week is gonna be alot better. How is it working out? Keep at it, be good to see a vid of the good and bad sides of it all. Still need to improve my spraying technique and do prefer to crosshatch, found the correct water settings from trial and error and won't stop.

Hope your right , definitely didn't help having the amount of multifinish here there and everywhere in machine... I never have ran any through it since I have had it so do think alot of problems I have had multifinish is to blame as well, I know I new to spray but will never run that through machine it's sticks everywhereYou need a pump
So have you used the Mtec?Hi mate, only bought the eze one as I thought I may use it and you never know. But the Mtec came with skim set up

If I remember right everyone told you not to spray it!!!Hope your right , definitely didn't help having the amount of multifinish here there and everywhere in machine... I never did it was second hand, dude who had it before used 3 times to spray multifinish thought I'd found every last bit and then on clear out Friday after spray checked r/s right at the bottom where pressure gauage connects, spray finish had started to kind of set in r/s but was still soft enough to poke and clear then a wash through, took nut off at bottom near gauge as water wouldn't push through and found the spray finish was clinging to rock hard multifinish cleared it and washed through, it doubled the size of where material would go throughIf I remember right everyone told you not to spray it!!!

I never knew what the fuss was about and ain't no expert mate but to me only after 2 pallets I never will spray multi .. But each to there own my conclusion, I mean if anyone does and needs pictures to help them clear it,I put enough up lolIt's all right saying u can spray multi but in reality u can't it's a c**t to spray. It doesn't spray good u can't put the gun down for a few seconds. And cleaning it out of the machine is a joke. Even bg where on here saying not to spray it.

Not yet mate been a busy year, and need training on it.So have you used the Mtec?
If spraying multi did work you would see lots of videos but u don't see any. Plus on here nobody sprays multi and on Facebook plastering groups nobody sprays it. I've probably sprayed about 15 to 20 houses with multi and it just destroyed the hopper gun hose r@s. Plus when u finish the multi after spraying it u can see air bubbles sometimes. And it clogs up all the time. I can remember a bloke that was on here that u sold the eze to having nothing but problems trying to spray multi. I can remember a bloke with a Ritmo having problems spraying multi. I know for a fact that there is no machine on the market that can spray multi day in and day out. Mp finish no problem evey day as I did it.We have done it and have customers doing it a lot mate. It may also depend on the machine you use etc.
BG have said on here not to spray it, they also worked with M-tec to develop a machine to spray it originally.
Popcorn anyone
