Here's one for you;
Had my machine around 6 months and done a good few jobs with only the little problem here and there but now I'm stumped.
Was spraying parex last week, done first pass then switched machine off while using serrated darby, when I opened the air for second pass I forgot to open material valve so nothing came out and instead of stopping to find out what I was doing wrong I continued to leave the air open hoping it would fix itself which obviously it didn't.
Once I realised what I'd done I stopped machine and went about cleaning it out, the hose was packed solid with gear right up to r n s so had to skip it. Cleaned rest of machine out then restared using a diffrence hose but when the gear came out it was like water and wouldn't thicken up no matter how low I turned the water down then it blocked, cleaned out and re started another 2 times and same thing happened.
Ordered new r n s and new mixing shaft and tried again today and same thing is happening, what have I done to the machine with that big blockage?
Just to add the water pressure isn't great on job and I'm sure the Genny is struggling( went to pick up 6kva from hire shop but it wouldn't start) but it was that water pressure and that Genny that sprayed first panel no problems.
I'm stumped!
