Make good multi finish

Seen your posts on about the new finish on the market.Having made the school boy error of letting a customer get the materials this is what I walked into today.It says on the bag its multi-finish with instructions how to set it on which I followed but struggling to get it looking anything but a mess!!Still working on it so will post back when finished,at this rate around midnight
