It worked yesterday but today no power using the mains cable or battery in the back.

Do these have a fuse inside you can change or any ideas??

Same thing happened to me Monday mate, hence why I bought the de Walt tough system
 
I recently brought a ted baker radio, called finnistre, proper quality blows makita and dewalt out the water

Have ya had a look on youtube there maybe a repair video on there ya never know!
 
wonder if they have a built in redundancy in them?

Both our sat navs gave up within a week of each other earlier this year and we bought them about the same time :-\

Had a look marra and nowt doing, gotta send it back cos its still under warranty. hope they dont want it clean cos its up the tits in skimming
 
You lads have the white ones? I've got that one keeps making funny noises crackling etc a Bricky on a job I was on drove the dumper over his he got that peed off with it think they are a bit ropey best I had was the Bosch but some thieving gits took it out my van

No mine was the original colour, before it died it was struggling to pick up reception
 
Ive got the makita dab..about 18 month noo?..still going strong....
But by God it's loaded with Base...:rebotando:
F*****g murder in an empty.
its like a rave. even with ken bruce on.:club:

Mine was a bit older than that I think, if you think that's loud the de Walt tough system is ridiculously loud and you can adjust bass treble etc

I think most companies make electronics like that, no profit if it lasts for ten years and you don't have to buy another.

Yup... tomtom realised nobody was going to pay £20 a month for maps so they make you buy a new sat nav every couple of years instead

:sisi: Agree bloke on one of my jobs in the summer had one going , I said it's bad enough with power tools going but I don't want to completely piss the neighbours off so do summin with it or get it back in yer van !!!!
