I asked @Nisus to make up a list of everything we need for this job.

Is the last item a usual request for plasterers?
Materials list.

I use it every job.
Or at the very least, leave it for the customer. I'm thoughtful like that.

He forgot pies and coffee.

That's just standard consumables. We go to the deli each day. Lamb baguette yesterday, he had a panini and latte today.

We're not savages after all. :-)

Just finished a job recently for a builder friend. Subbed a lot of work from him over the last 3 Months on this job, y'know the score.. Started as one room then led to the whole house being done out.

Anyway my builder mate is a f**k**g great Brickie but he decided he would do the plumbing too. ( which he has made a bit of a hash of ) . f**k**g leaks everywhere, nearly four fresh ceilings have been trashed and the client has been using easifill as his right hand man.

It's a f**k**g shame as the ceiling's were puka. I told my mate straight, he ain't no plumber and he should of subbed it out. Got greedy I guess, and what makes it worse is the client due to all the stress has become a full blown alcoholic. ( I kid you not ) .

I heard this nisus dude is supposed to be good spread and he won some sort of award or summit (phewwss) but seriously you should think of getting someone better in to do the work imo..tbh I'd be more than happy to get my own materials on job, just saying like, just in case you decide to SACK him,

And I work a full day

The job's in a loft, so naturally I've got a cherry picker on hire for a fortnight so that I can take the boards and bags up and bring the waste down. (Pics on Monday).

Apparently, and I quote "Plasterers don't carry stuff. That's what builders are for." Which the plumber thought was hilarious. Fcuking trades ganging up on a poor oppressed builder in his twilight years. :( :aburrido:
