There good rates spunky but you are in the heart of london so you would want that sort of money to live.

work out your mats (overheads) and then add how much nyou want to earn there you will have your own company rates.

i got offered a block of flats at 1.30 measured through and 6 per sqm on the mono its a decent size job too

£1.50 a metre doing 150 m2 + a day = very good pay for site work.
Only getting £0.85 p a m2 here in midlands skim only.But a whopping £1.50 float and set cus no one can do it around here.
