Mixing k rend

Alright everyone I have k rended a few houses in my time and have always mixed it in a mixer lately I've seen a few lads mixing it with a drill why ?? Does it mix better or does it make it nicer stuff to use

Mixes a lot creamier. You could put a mix in your mixer, turf it out into a bath then whisk it.

Get A Ritmo you will never look back and be the envy of the competition! Bugger that mixiing and slapping it on with a trowel.

Is that the same with the base coat coz that stuff is like chewing gum

When we used to do a lot of k rend (tend to avoid it now) we used to use a big mixer and mix twice or if on smaller job then straight out of the belle mixer into a compo bin or bath then blast the mega mixer through it

Took oli's advice on a job and worked great, much easier.
