He is just a young lad with his head full of dreams nowt wrong with that. I think he needs to work with a pro like warrior to see how it should be done , thinking on it maybe not LOL. Gibbo near him he would soon lick him into shape me thinks. Any way most old gaffers I know all ended up burnt out with the stress of finding work paying wages etc it all sounds good till your in the hot seat.
