Been asked to mono a gable thats made of stone.
First thoughts were to hack off, dub out with OCR before rendaid and mono.
Any issues with OCR on soft stone?

Should I be using something different?
Never gone over something so...rough.

I would ask manufacturer of mono mate and some will do a site visit but also I personally don't use sand/cement on buildings with no cavity because you are then stopping them breathing. I'm sure people on here will disagree but just my own experience

Actually yeah its probably a solid wall isn't it...
Never used a modern render thats lime based. What are the options?
Does it definitely need to be lime then?

It wants some better stone copings at the top to form a drip overhang as well.
Plus that hedge being that close to the wall would be a pain in the arse as well for you...I'd leave it tell em your too busy.

Its for a builder who is very much on the ball.
The wall will be prepped and all scaffed up.

Bauwer, baumit or if they have plenty money Parex parlumiere

Don’t know what’s on the stones now, but if is cement that’s bad. Otherwise I will brush lime over the stones, few coats.
