iv spoken to monkey tonight about mono
im thinking about giving it a pop over my mums
plan is to hack off old render on the bottom part of the back of the house and use mono to rerender the job not s/c
now befor you start moaning about puting mono over s/c scrach coat iv been told its ok :flapper:
as s/c is cheaper then rend aid lol and use less gear:RpS_thumbup:
i plan too hack off old render remove wast pipes and return the corners about 600mm to blend it in with old
useing 10mm corner beads upvc.
wet down the wall then apply a 5:1:1 scrach coat with a bit of water proofer in the mix
next day lay on top coat (weber pral M) scrached back finish
theres two opening in this wall a door and window so shood be good lol
then renew the old wast pipes with nice new clean ones
