If you was going to mono a place directly on the sea wall would you go with krend ect or a more traditional i basicly mean a house within spitting distance of the sea just wondered!?

20mm minimum whatever u use.

To be honest I wouldnt put mono in that location

We have supplied quite a lot of materials to locations exactly like this. We have supplied several jobs in the Orkney Islands where the conditions are pretty bad and we advised using a thin-coat system with Self Cleaning technology.

One of the first machine jobs sites we did was powerwall monocouche with a coat of their colour penetrant. 50 yards from the seafront. It still looks brand new today i did it 2002

Done a k rend job just down the road from there 10yrs ago opposite golf course looks **** now to ashamed to show photo

Won't recommend pebble dash either unless you can ignore the"rust" on the surface do to the salty climate . Acrylic might be ok . Roughcast is proven, but the best for me would be silicone finish.[/FONT]
