i`ve just moved into a 1970`s bungalow.the outside needs rendering.i`m not sure whether to use mono or sand & cement.i used mono alot over the years and don`t get me wrong, looks nice for a few years but i`ve seen a few jobs fading as time goes on.i`m swinging towards good old sand & cement.i`ll be gutted if i mono it and in a couple of years time the colour fades in places.
what do you guys think?

hi bobby, have you considered a thin coat silicone finish? if it's a flat, sharp finish your after then is prob the highest evolution of render out there for colour and weather repelency.

All finishes weather and change colour and need to be decorated after time. But i am not sure how you would go about it with mono.

Weber make paint that matches the colour of their renders.
