Sand and cement all the way! As long as its gauged and mixed correctly according to the background then it won't crack or blow, but as it is now with everyone wanting it done asap and as cheap as poss the outcome is these New render systems.
Ya pays ya money and takes ya chance.

@ benbosh , any thing done correctly will last for years, don't get me wrong I'm old school , sand n cement course my veins but you can't beat a mono job done correctly, in my opinion and acrylics for that matter, the emphasis on work done correctly

Yes I must say if the jobs done right then it's a matter of the finish u wish to achieve I like mono the best but then I like to think of myself as a modern renderer plus u haven't got the expense of having to have it painted I think warrior would be your best choice in your area
good luck

id second that,
i did my apprenticeship with old school lads, so it was sand cement all the way, and as such did sand cement render for years, but like anything you have to move with the times.
my only argument with mono work was, that due to it being an open matrix, it was open to getting dirty over time, but now the render manufactorers have addressed this by introducing non solvent based sealers that are uv resistant and last the duration of the render, to mist coat over once the render has dried out.
so it will stay clean and as you finished it for forever and a day.
