is there anyway an interior mortar wall can be sealed before being unibonded and skimmed to prevent salts coming through just wondering if sbr would prevent the salts coming through, the outside wall has been hacked off and has been rendered with 2 coats of render with waterproofer only asking rather than hack it off as its sound and old salts which have come through previously has all been brushed off

Could try a salt neutraliser wash but that's no guaranteed.
You need to stop it at source and then do necessary remedial work. You can't just mask damp. Even if you've hacked off outside the render inside is still contaminated so there's not much but to do it properly or just hope.
