Mp or spray finish??

Hi getting my ritmo on fri and wanted advice on which finish to go for please?fancy mp as i have never used it and the m2 is good per bag but worried about orange peel/bubbles that i have seen comments on.
Any suggestions/reasons would be greatly appreciated ..

Spend the weekend practicing with the ritmo if it's your first time, it will take the stress and embarrassment out of the first day on site. You will have a better chance of getting a supply of MP.

Good to hear that you are getting a machine and looking at spray plastering!

If you are planning on getting into MP Finish, contact Knauf on 01795424499 and ask for the local Knauf Area Sales Manager to you (obviously, you will have to say where you are based... lol). Get there name and mobile number, don't just be put through to them.....

Introduce yourself and explain that you are getting a machine and want to be able to get a regular supply of MP Finish local (say you were advised to contact them by Richard Lord from The Plasterers Forum).... they will then advise and assist in getting a local (ish) stockiest for you.... they will also be able to assist in getting some technical assistance from the Knauf Technical Instructors for application assistance and tips (It will be worth you getting the TI's name and number as well!

Whoever you get your Ritmo from will also be able to assist in training and working with MP Finish.

Also - there are a fair few guys on here who spray MP Finish regularly, so don't be afraid to ask for help on here..... guys like @theclemo and @Curry - as well as many others.... might pay to get their contact details as well as the PFT contact numbers

Are you planning on using the on board compressor? Where are you based?

I am indeed mate were in milton keynes . Stuart said the that will be fine for both render and skim set

Make sure you have big runs to go at when spraying mp finish. Its nice to use and finish. Make sure u fill around door frames by hand.
