My builder

i use rated trades man and iv had my last 2 months work off it..avrge £600 a weeks worth of work..not 2 bad 4 me but iv build up a good rep and its taken 12 mounths 2 do so loads of time wasters
 
i use mybuilder and myhammer i think there good but at the min people are puting low prices... on mybuiler u pay bout £20 for a £350 job,but the good thing is u have got the work there u just have 2 quote its better than waiting for the phone to ring...
 
ive had a look at mybuilder, can you look at the job? i'd be paranoid about pricing a job blind ...........it could be a reskim or a re-render which could merit a complete hack off and render but then what does the customer know about plastering :-?
 
yeah you can go and look at jobs or send them ur number and talk to them....................its like talking to a brickwall half the time tho.... ;D,and sometime you dont only get to do the plastering they even want you to strip the wall...lllllllaaaaazzzzzyyyyyy f%*kers......
 
talking of customers i had a call for a job, she left a message on the phone and i tried ringing her back but the number didnt work, i got my missus to listen to the message and it wasnt me she'd left me the wrong number :-? then today my missus rang me and the woman had rang and said thanx for the call ive got another plasterer to do the job ............my missus had to put our baby down halfway through a feed for the call ............she said are you trying to be funny ?......and she kept saying now i just wanted to thank you for the call back ...........................fooking pri*k i should ring her and say i'll do it for 50 quid cancel the plasterer :)...............................i'll be there saturday......................honest :)
 
nowt like customer innosense... sometimes it works for you... other times you wanna shoot the f'ckers!!!
