My builder

@Lodan is the person to talk to.... Some people slate my builder but I think if it turns profit in the end then what is the problem
 
Up n down ,most of the time they want price over the phone by then u spent your lead fee
But the other way send them a price over a message before u spend but that’s hit n misses but least it saves u money
 
I didn't know that .I thought you got to have a look at the job . And send a proper quote . That's just guessing.
 
If I.m honest I.ve been tempted lately as one builders proper pissed me off . But was more to keep lad busy and thought f**k it I.ll just look after me sen when needed
