I'm falling to bits .I think I'm getting a Frozen shoulder. Left arm . And golfers elbow in right. I've had tennis elbow. I've been off the whole time.but been busy every day.
 
Had a frozen shoulder for about 18 month which luckily was my left one. Naproxen helped but for 12 month could only use my left hand as a book of you know what I mean. Had no power in my left arm at all and when the pain hit properly it was bad.

I'm same it's like works smack to my body.

Feeling worse as each day goes by not better!
 
Been cycling between 15 and 20 miles in a morning, circuit training at night. Not been this fit for years loving it

Do you take any supplements? I've been taking glucosamine and cod for a few years now and all my old regular aches have gone. Also drink loads of water
 
Cod liver oil tablets are a must as a supplement if you’ve a physical job.your bodies a machine ain’t it if you fill it with crap it will catch you out as you get older, I also drink a lot of water.
 
I drink lots of water too generally have to force it down sometimes about 6 litres a day and take glucosamine &codliver but train almost everyday intense bag work and kettle bell training (y)
