What about the speedscam....are you against them too?

@Plasterers1StopShop you should tell nela to stop bringing out new trowels, they cannot supply their existing ones, they're distribution is pathetic and i'd be embarressed if my business ran like that...everything out of stock all the time and I asked for a nela premium 3 weeks ago....another week goes by and my business is gone permanantly.

Yeah you can, basic supply and demand, popular product increase production of product....maybe cornflakes or BMW's should be out of stock all the time cos they're popular.

I've had my nela over six months, slightly longer than I waited for it after paying for it and the thing is still not broke in. The trowel is obviously made too thick or with the strongest steel in the world and I use it regular. I've done plenty of render jobs and still not sharp enough to cut fibre tape, It's held its shape fair enough but that's it. I am not going to buy a flexible to go with it coz I shouldn't need two trowels for one job so I will be going back to Refina who will send it out within days of ordering. It's a f**k**g joke all these different trowels coming out every week I honestly can't keep track of the names and which is which. If it's not broke don't fix it and my opinion is they are trying to fix something that ain't broke or make even more money out of plasterers.

@Lodan, understand your frustrations and trust me no one is more frustrated than me.

As mentioned previously it's down to demand. NeLa have invested into new machines and a new factory and move into it Jan. This will solve the issues on distribution.

Afraid to say I may lose your business as the Premiums are not due in straight away. If you PM me your contact number I will call you tomorrow and I can arrange for a deal of some description to solve the issue mate

And he is getting the punters to finance his trowels before they are even made so I don't see him putting his hand in his pocket buying a load.

No problem mate thats why I aimed the post at nela and not you personally, if not ready for market they should hold off on all new trowels and innovation and concentrate on the core items they already have....no point having ten products and no stock, may aswell have 2 products you can actually supply....a case of running before walking. I got my s*p*r*lex but will just go and get a MT, thanks for offer of a deal but i'll pass as want to get it sooner rather than later.

Understand mate. To be honest, myself and NeLa never knew how popular they would become

There's a new one turned up on ebay, might bite the bulled get that...£48:cry:

My 16" s*p*r*lex 2 arrived on Tuesday from P1SS and is now sat in the garage as a sub for when the present one goes off injured.
P1SS service is excellent, but they need the stock to back it up as flexi trowels are only ever one drop away from being fcuked.

Quick search shows there are some available online- 41.75 delivered . If you can't get one from p1ss, I may share the secret;)

I'll have a look for that, they were like rocking horse s**t last time I looked, only 14 inch will do though as it matches the size of my manhood(y)
