New Plaster

Just wondering if when you come to paint new plaster if you need to use new plaster emulsion as an undercoat then normal emulsion or can you just use normal emulsion straight onto the new plaster???

Just water down normal emulsion,its called a mist coat.

Yes, or water down ya 1st coat if you have no new plaster paint.

Was thinking spunk mainly but 5hit will do.
Yeah Staines is a 5hitole I've worked there.
