If you must know its a telescopic magnet . Remove rad brackets . Put screws back in. Extend it and hold loosely as you hover over wall and it will find your screws

Mate £300 a day is mid range...some lads go in at £500 - £600 a day. 85% of my estimates are accepted so can't be that expensive
