Hi all.
New to plastering 1st attempt but could do with some advice.
Started plastering small downstairs toilet but due to work and family comitments had to do in stages.
Sealed the walls with feblue which seems to have made it very hard.
Covered two walls last week and two yesterday. I am impressed with what i have done but not happy with it. Want to do another thin coat but can i go over the dry and damp walls straight away or do they need resealed?
Thanks for any guidance in advance

Honestly, just pay someone to come and do it. It'll take them about 4 hours in total and you'll have a nice room. That's a horror show in there.

If you really must go back over it water down pva and paint it on first, I'd recommend 3 coats of PVA or it'll dry out fast. You're probably going to get tin trouble even with 3 coats as you'll be slow getting it on

Looked better before you started, was probably smoother after you gritted to. Give it up, get somebody in. Picked a wanky place to practice.

Get a missed coat on it buy a bag of easifill and some sandpaper trust me it will give you an easier life.

Just re feblued it. Plasterer coming 100 quid cost me 150 for tools but least i can say i tried i failed i realized

Ah mate I actually feel bad for you! No harm in having a go your own house, there’s plenty that do that in someone else’s house and charge for it! If you invested that much into it you could make a frame, board it and practice on board, much easier, no stress
