Imagine how nice that would be - a skimmed outside wall, beats rough cast tearing your arse if you fall against it
 
Had a ceiling repair and this was the inside of the loft - the bloke had put 4 foot of insulation in some areas...I recommended he needed another 2 foot!

It is normal.... Internals, hoping to f**k its just some dime bar has thought coz it's s nd c outside it has to be skimmed and got mixed up on the finish. Surely no sane thinkin person would think to skim an outside in porous material is a good idea but no doubt there is a few dime bars about lol
 
I used to have a labourer called Joey Bananas - he was a lunatic, I always sent him in to get the payment after a job - funny, we always got paid.
BTW, Bananas wasn't his last name, I named him that as he WAS bananas!
