No Van

Sold my van on a promise from Renault that they will lend me a van for free while i wight 8- 10 weeks for a new one.. sold van .... no hire van... no deal.. end result me no van :-( not good! have put an order in else were but it will take 10 weeks!
 
Fcuk that! ....and Fcuk Renault. Get yourself to a local Ford dealer and get a spanking pre-reg Transit with all the toys for 12 bags o' sand ;)
 
Go to a dealers and buy one that they have the forecourt you can get some great deals doing this, I saved about 2k on my merc doing this and sure you may not end up with the colour you had in mind but 2k I don't dislike blue vans enough to turn that down.
 
Have you seen the salesmen that done the deal?

Ask to borrow his car...lol

You have an RS6 from what I remember.... no hardship if that has to get used for a the odd job

Aye, but Danny, would you go to work in a RS6? Of course you wouldn't. You'd be out largin' it with the shades on and the loud pedal buried in the carpet 8)

iv ordered a 2010 2.5 150 trafic sport new phase 3 not out yet :-) will be reali nice, i see ur back Andy! yeah they don't have what I'm after on site so iv garn new, got some big plans for the new style I'm gana have it half vinyl wrap ill have 2 post pics when its done. iv put a huge complaint in 2 Renault and have asked for a van ill see what they say.

sales men all slimy (french word)s.. at first i waited 20 misn just 2 speak to some1 they fort i was scum, then I'm enquiring about a van that they have at r.r.p £26,800 now they are all over me!!! humm shopping around online is amazing iv had prices from £15000 ex vat to £29000 ex vat! we would be lost with out the internet! think how many phone calls it would have taken to get the best price!

and on the up side i sold the van for £200 more than i paid 2 years ago? same with my last car sold it for £100 more than i paid 18month before hand? free motoring hey cant beat it.
 
When i ordered my last shitroen the salesman said exactly the same, when i went to pick it up he said they had no vans.Once i expalined his knee caps could become detached from his legs in seconds, his exact words were, hold one we may have a Berlingo round the back.They did it was brand new, had it for 4 weeks, split 2 bags of dust in the back, and could`nt be arsed to clean it out.

im sure i coulda got a van outa them but after the crappy way they were with me i dint wana give them my money i told um 2 stuff it, went online 2 happy new van (top site fully recommend!) and got it for 17200 inc vat with all the extras much better than the £2100 they were pushing at me! i have been using one of are dads van but its and open back tipper! no use in the rain or tools over night, lucky i have a few big jobs were all my kit is on site and i hope i shall get summit outa Renault after the huge slightly exaggerated story iv told them!

I can beat that... I used to subby for quadrini.. builing planet earth night clubs for him around leeds, manchester and hull.. i used to use his bentley turbo to pick gear up... ;)

I used to know a plastering contractor that had a new Jag or Daimler every three years, he didn't have a van at all the Jag was his every day work vehicle, he even used to put an old style steel 50 gallon drum on the back seat from time to time.
