Not enough tradesmen

There lashing them up round here its mental.
Decent site lads are massively in demand at the moment.
The rates are good but i can see them going up further still if it continues at this pace.
And about time too.

Mate I got points last time for having my headphone in one ear listening to music (3 points) and on same week another 3 more points for not locking down a wheel on a lift and the last 3 points were for just flicked off my glasses (which had steamed up) .. Got demotivated to not cream work after that,
But didn't get the sack though ( 3 more points and I would of lol).
 
I'll stick to the easy life of domestics! Put my prices up again this year and I'm still not losing work. Plasterer mate of mine passed a 7m2 ceiling on to me couple of weeks ago. I nearly fainted when he told me what he quoted for it. (I know we don't talk prices but you'd need to do 2 rooms on site for the same money)

Both have there ups and downs agree
Sometimes think I would love a few months fresh plasterboard in front of me on an empty place worst problem for me is I struggle to get up early.

I wouldn't last a day on site, not on them rates anyway, I know lot of you can make it pay, but sod killing myself. It's great that the phone rings and people get offered work but I bet they don't offer higher prices in the same time

There's a lack of workforce across the spectrum, as a result I'm pricing site jobs around 10% higher than this time last year and winning them, long may it continue. One day I might be as wealthy as rendering royalty plasterjfe. :envidioso

2007 last time I was on big sight brother , me telling no lies , total refurb for Carillion on Harvey haddon school in Nottingham , the only porkie was I didn't have the cream because there probably was a @scottie5 there taking it all before I even parked up,

You keep calling me names, silly ones I may add but you never back up the real question that was asked in the thread. I keep forgetting all your stupid claims, coz when your called on them you go all Boris Johnson (when he was 7). You said BG had concluded uni has a longer shelf life and the printer f**k*d up, I mentioned this to BG In another post and you called me a weirdo and denied it. It's not going away no more I told you this last time you tried to make me look a c**t. What's the crack with the gear and are your claims true? Your the poster boy for the gear and you have promoted it to f**k on here and made many claims. Don't try and make me look a c**t what's the crack? Whether you like it or not you are the voice of uni coz you put yourself out there, More than any other plasterer, that's what happens when you sell your soul xx I look forward to your reply but I can guess it wont make any sense or you will just ignore me till next time you want some attention.
