Tbf it would probably average £200 a day labour if you did it for every room. But then what customer is going to book him in for a downstairs toilet? And someone will phone him up for a f**k off kitchen diner. It's just a s**t business plan

I think its a great idea.
if it gets you through the door you are half way there also he can cherry pick jobs he is not committed to take on a job. We did a similar thing advertising a three bed house painted out from £700.
The small print was house needed to be masked up and self prepped and empty, we then sprayed it out in a day.
